Merchandise Questions

Q: How do I receive a discount in the merchandise store?
A: Login or Join, then a 10% discount will automatically be applied to eligible items in the store.

Q: Are all items eligible for the 10% discount?
A: Items that include music are not eligible for the 10% discount. Items that are already on sale will also not receive a 10% discount. Other unspecified items may also not be eligible for the 10% discount.

Q: What currency are the items displayed in?
A: All prices are in United States dollars.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our fulfillment warehouse is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM. Once your order has been submitted, it will be processed the following business day. Your order usually ships within 3 business days EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS AND PRE ORDERS. DUE TO HIGH VOLUME ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number so that you can view your estimated delivery date.

Q: How will I know you received my order?
A: When you place your order online, you will receive an email notification from Luke Combs.

Q: What if there is a question about my order?
A: We will email you if there are any questions regarding your order. Make sure you specify size(s), correct ship to address, etc. so that your order will not be delayed. If you have questions, you can email [email protected] for the fastest response.

Q: How are International and Canada orders handled?
A: International and Canada orders will be shipped via First Class International Mail or Global Priority Mail depending on size and weight. Orders weighing over 4 lbs may incur additional shipping charges. In this case, you will be contacted before your order ships. Delivery time is 7-10 days; however, packages sometimes get delayed in customs. Unfortunately, we cannot track international and Canada shipments once it reaches customs so please be patient.

Q: Why was I charged twice for my order?
A: If you try to submit an order and it is declined for ANY reason, it will show as a “Pending” order on your account but WILL NOT go through as payment. Every bank and/or credit card company has a different policy. You need to contact your bank to see when the charges will “fall off” your account. Please do not call us to take the “Pending” charge off your account as we will not be able to do this for you.

Q: What if I need to return my order?
A: If there is a problem with your order or you need to exchange it for a different size, we will accept any item that has NOT been worn or washed. Print a copy of the Merchandise Return Form and return that completed form with the merchandise to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges and we pay for shipping the exchange if applicable. To avoid restocking fees, you must return your order within 30 days from the time you receive your order.

Pre-sale Questions

Q: How do I receive a chance at pre-sale tickets?
A: By registering for the Bootleggers pre-sale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan via the link on your Bootleggers page.

Q: Am I guaranteed a pre-sale code or tickets if I register for the Bootleggers pre-sale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan?
A: If demand for pre-sale codes or tickets exceeds supply, fans may be selected at random to participate in the pre-sale. Due to the limited quantity of tickets available for the Bootleggers pre-sale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan, they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed.

Q: Why does the show I’m wanting to attend not have pre-sale access?
A: Not all shows have pre-sales. The pre-sale functionality is mainly intended for Luke’s headlining tour dates only.

Meet & Greet Questions

Q: How do I sign up for an opportunity to win a V.I.B. Meet & Greet?
A: Login or join, then view the tour dates tab and tap the V.I.B. MEET & GREET button for the show you have tickets to. You must register by 11:59 PM the Sunday before your show to be eligible.

Q: If I sign up, am I guaranteed a V.I.B. Meet & Greet with Luke?
A: No, 25 members who sign up will be chosen at random via a lottery system the Monday before the show.

Q: Why does the show I’m attending not have a V.I.B. Meet & Greet button?
A: The V.I.B. Meet & Greet program is only available for shows on Luke’s headlining tour.

Q: How do I see the shows I’ve registered for a V.I.B. Meet & Greet or cancel a registration?
A: On your Bootleggers page.

Q: Where do I view my meet & greet photos?
A: View the meet & greet photos by clicking -PHOTOS under Meet & Greet within the menu.

Q: How do I download my meet & greet photos?
A: 1) Find the gallery for the show you attended and click on your photo with Luke, 2) gently hold down on your photo and click “save image” when prompted.

Q: Are meet & greets available for purchase?
A: No, meet & greets are not for sale.

Q: How many meet & greets can I win?
A: You are only eligible to win one meet & greet every 365 days. Be sure you register for the correct show because if you win a meet & greet for the wrong show, it will count towards your meet & greet eligibility.

Fan Club Questions

Q: If I was a member on the old site, is my account still active here?
A: Yes. Go to the login page, click the forgot your password link and enter the email that was used for your account on the old site. Reset your password and you’ll be good to go.

Q: What benefits do I receive by joining Luke’s fan club?
A: Ticketmaster Verified Registration link to sign up for pre-sale tickets*, registration access for meet & greets*, receive Luke’s news 1st and have it delivered via email, store discount (10%), and opportunity to attend yearly fan club party.

Q: What is the Bootleggers Experience Pass?
A: The pass gives Bootleggers exclusive access to qualify for official pre-show tailgates, surprise seat upgrades and more at participating shows on Luke’s headlining tour(s).

Q: How do I download my Bootleggers Experience Pass?
A: On your Bootleggers page.

Q: How do I read the news on the site that was sent via email?
A: On the exclusive news tab within the menu.

Q: What email address will the reset password email come from?
A: The reset password email will come from [email protected]

Q: If I’m trying to login to my fan club account and the page only reloads after entering my username/email address and password, what should I do?
A: Please try logging in via a private browser or clearing your history and website data.

RSVP Questions

Q: How do I RSVP for a show to keep track of the shows I’ve attended?
A: Visit the tour dates page, click the RSVP button and you’re set.

Q: How do I see the shows I’ve RSVP’ed for?
A: On your Bootleggers page.

Q: Is there a way to RSVP for past shows?
A: Yes, click view past dates button on the home page.

Tailgate Questions

Q: How do I register for a chance to attend a Bootleggers Tailgate?
A: Login or join, then view the tour dates tab and tap the TAILGATE button for the show you have tickets to.

Q: Will there be a Bootleggers Tailgate at every show?
A: Bootleggers Tailgates are only available at select Luke headlining tour dates. These dates will have a TAILGATE button beside them on the tour dates page.

Q: Will Luke be at the tailgates?
A: Unfortunately, to get ready to put on the best show possible for you, Luke won’t be able to attend.

Q: If I download my Bootleggers Pass, am I guaranteed entry into the tailgate for my show?
A: No, your Bootleggers Pass doesn’t guarantee entry. Winners will be notified via email.

Lyric Questions

Q: Are the official lyrics to Luke’s songs posted on the site?
A: Yes. Go to the music page, select music details for the album/EP/single you’re wanting to view the lyrics for, then tap the lyrics button for the song you’re looking for.

General Questions

Q: How can I share news about Luke’s upcoming music or tour?
A: Visit the free stuff page and choose the gallery of the platform you want to promote on.

Q: How do I change the name, email address, password, date of birth or gender for my profile?
A: Click the my account button in the menu, followed by account details to edit.
